Event Support &
Travel Management
We provide Official Travel Agent services for major shows in Singapore such as Food & Hotel Asia (with related and concurrent events) and ConnecTech Asia (including CommunicAsia) as well as vinternational medical conferences such as the Singapore Hepatology Conference.
We also provide support for other shows, exhibitions and conventions spanning various industries. These shows include many firsts such as Hyperplay – the 1st ASEAN E-Sports & Music Festival, the Counter Terror Asia Expo and the upcoming inaugural Singapore Halal Trade Show in October 2019.
Services include, but are not limited to.
- Liaising with an extensive list of official event hotels and managing their room allotment and event room rates.
- Assisting organisers with their overseas invited speakers/ guests and VIPs for ticketing, accommodation and other logistics requests.
- Working with organisers to arrange relevant technical visits and behind-the-scenes tours at local companies and facilities for groups attending the events.
- Providing other ‘Inbound’ services to event attendees and accompanying persons, including local and regional tours.

We are an Official Travel Agent of Rugby World Cup 2019™, Japan and Official Travel Services Partner of Tokyo 2020 in Japan, as well as the Tokyo 2020 Authorised Ticket Reseller in Thailand, Cambodia and Taiwan. We were also the exclusive travel agent for Southeast Asia’s first Pokémon GO Safari Zone event in Singapore.

Education Tour
Our team has years of experience in planning memorable and meaningful educational tours to Japan and other destinations for students and teachers. We work with specialised partners to maximise the learning aspect of the whole experience while we provide immaculate logistics and travel support.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- For Performing Arts Learning Journeys, we work with renowned Music Colleges and decorated Faculty on instrumental, choral and dance workshops and Master-classes for students. We also work with local schools and institutions at the destination to organise large-scale exchanges and joint-public-concerts.
- For Overseas Service-Learning Tours, we work with well-established NGOs and NPOs with deep ties to the local community at the destination.
- For study tours on specific themes or subjects such as Malay Language and Culture (Regional Study Programme), Geography, Science or Literature Tours, we work with authority figures or organisations in the relevant fields and have dedicated staff to liaise with teachers to work out the programme that they want.

Representative Office Service provides leveraging on JTB network to increase foreign market sales.
For example, market testing through Rep Office activities before making a decision to enter the country on full scales with support from well-informed local staff about the respective market trends. (eg. sales call / securing appointments / translation service during sales presentation / localization of marketing strategies) - SMM (Strategic Meeting Management) is a systematic way to manage all of an organization's events(, planning processes, preferred vendors and meeting data) by centralizing and standardizing the meetings management processes. JTBAP provides greater efficiency by automating routine tasks as well as have more control over cost control measures and data analysis.
- Technical Visits
Technical Visits such as Company / School / SEZ (Special Economic Zone) sight inspection including making appointments and arranging transportation, accommodation, meals, audio, translator, etc.
